Bill was great - fast and efficient. However, I will find it hard to use or recommend your service again. Today I was given three incorrect arrival times, the first stating anytime between 7:46 and 8:15. Turns out the repairman lives in Rochester and we were not even first in his list of calls. How can you notify the customer of the impending arrival when, in fact, he went to a different call and did not show up at my home until after 11:00. I had to rearrange my schedule and hurry home to be here by the time your first message indicated and I had to wait 3 hours after the notified time for my service call. I am not blaming your technician- he was great - but your scheduling and notification system are the worst.

There were several issues regarding the part tech didn't have it and had to send a runner. This was the fourth visit due to the part not being available with the tech. This is a poor way to do business

Eric arrived within the time frame I was informed he would be here. Eric was professionally introduced himself to me. He asked me some question concerning the issue, and without any ado headed to do his job. Eric was very personable with a reassuring presence. He was diligent and did his job in no hurry. He went over every check at least 3 times; reaffirming results of his inspections. It was indeed, a pleasure to have Eric service our appliance. Thank you for sending him.
