Very personable, informative, and focused on customer care
Alex went out of his way to find out why the order for parts was canceled, which Sears had not informed me. After I was unable to contact Sears, Alex provided an alternative number. When that didn't work, he discovered & relayed that the originally ordered part was no longer manufactured, then he advised me of next steps. He did more to assist with customer care than either Sears "contact center" which is just automated with no real information, or my home warranty company. It'd be amazing to have this level of customer care that Sears was once know for, across business units again.
