Horrible Experience
Did not know how to remove the cooktop to replace part. When asked why he couldn't do what the last 2 techs had done, he said he was not as experienced and needed to reschedule. He also wanted me to sign a waiver for my brand new oven in case he damaged it. When I told him the other techs didn't have to touch the oven he told me "I'm not them"

Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
The worst technician we have ever encountered. He claimed we punched the glass cook top and he will not fix it. Congratulations to you Thomas , AHS will not replace my cook top because of your diagnosis that the crack on the glass was abnormal.

Unhappy customer
He wasn't very helpful after telling me he has to submit for approval. I asked him several questions and he couldn't answer them, he just looked at me weird. Once I spoke with a representative I was informed he stated the cause of my issue to my stove was from pest. I've had 3 technicians before him come out and neither has said it was due to pest. I've never had pest or any bug problem since purchasing this home.

Service for stove exhaust fan
The service tech came and did nothing I don't feel right paying for nothing being done and told to call my warranty again The exhaust fan clock is still working He said he will not touch anything because the word exhaust was not listed in the repair instructions

COOK TOP REPAIR
MATTHEW IS NICE PERSON, HOWEVER I DON'T THINK HE KNOW HOW TO WORK ON THE COOK TOP. PERSON WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT TO DO WITH IT, IT WAS UNFORTUNATE PART THAT WAS SENT WAS PAD. HE ORDERED A NEW PART TO BE INSTALLED TODAY. TODAY SERVICEMAN DISMANTELLED THE OLD SWITCH & COULD NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED DUE TO SWITCH BEING SMALLER SIZE. COULD NOT STOP THE CIRCUT BREAKER TO TRIP. FROM 5 BURNERS WORKING TO COOKTOP CAN'T EVEN TURN ON IS GOING 10 STEPS BACKWORJ. PLEASE HELP

Non problem solved regarding thr cook top knob to be repla
Tech was not helpful did not go thd extra step to solvr knob problem the knob was stripped needed new knob i sm very dissatisfied with this service company my money was spent with no fixed to thr knob or any help to help order the correct knob for cook top

Its a waste of time, he took more time in pulling out and fixing the oven than doing the real work. he is more focused on getting paid, than fixing the issue.

Bad
I'm not happy with the tech. He was in a hurry and did not check what was needed concentrated on knobs on stove mor than what I needed checked. I was trying to talk to him he hurried out the door without answering questions.

Waste of time
Kevin was great. He was really nice and knowledgeable. The problem is that he had a work order for the cook top and the issue I described involved the vent, not attached to the cook top. I didn't know thst they were separate. Kevin said I'd have to submit another work order (more money) to look at that vent.
