Oven
I was told by your technician (Olman) that a part would be ordered. After he left, I found out this is not the case. He told my Home Warranty Company "Display is faint and due to customer's age, it is hard to see." That is not true at all - my daughter and granddaughter (who are much younger than me) can't read it either. I can't use my oven because I can't see what temperature it is set on.

Poor at best
Tech came out today to do repairs. Our initial complaint the burners do not heat evenly explained the top dont turn off complete on one burner. He did fix the door and the burner not going off. Burners still heat un evenly will most likely need replacing.

Cooktop repair
My appointment was at 10:00am to 1:00 pm Tech got here at 1:00 I think he was here about 40 mins. My cooktop and it is still not working. I am trying on calling to have someone come back and repair my cooktop I have been transferred twice and I have been on the line for toooo long. It appears that your house calls are as bad as your customer service on the phone. It appears that I am paying monthly for service that is very poor. I also had a repair on my dish washer on the same day and at the Tech was here no more than 1 hour for a repairs of two appliances.

Missed the mark
Based on electrical damage he thought it was an electrical issue. Based on examination it was the wire from the appliance so should have been corrected and not have to have another person to come out.

Nothing fixed
Frustrated with him not being able to fix the problem b/c Sears doesn't pay for repair if a technician breaks something trying to make the repair. Another repair person needs to be sent out to attempt replacement of parts. However, the first technician took the parts. We are not sure if he didn't know how - he seemed frustrated. Please send another technician. We waited all day. SEPT 21 bc we got notice a tech would come between 8 and 5. No one called or showed up. Not pleased with Sears service up to this point.

Kitchen Dishwasher Repair
I receives a text message indicating I was going to have an agent come o today. The Oder in the system was documented busy your staff incorrectly for s stove repair. My initial request over two months ago was for my dishwasher. This is the fourth time my appointment has been canceled or rescheduled. I have been trying yo get my dishwasher address since July 2023. At this point if I could give you a negative star it would not reflect to poor service I have received.
