Horrible service

Terrible. Did not place order for parts . The system was down when he was here. A week went by and he plan to come back with out the parts and to put in the order for parts. Then told me it would take a whole other week to repair. Sears is a excruciatingly awful service. And so was he . He even took fruit from my house with out asking just said" let me have diss" In his accent. I was livid. I decided to just buy another stove as i had easter dinner coming up and needed to cook. Will not recommend Sears and there terrible automated service to anyone . Thats why sears wont even last still behind the times smh.

Repair technician seemed like good guy but service with Sears appliance warrant is terrible. Can't talk to human. I tried to communicate before repair guy came that glass broken. He spent 30 minutes checking on coverage that was denied because cooktop still woring with broken glass top. waste of money on sevice as how do I know broken glasstop isn't [potential hazard or risk to injury. Very disappointed in Sears Service

Perhaps the worst service I have ever experienced. Cannot communicate via phone....big big problem! Multiple no shows on appointments. Constant reminders via emails and text, obnoxious and worse when not followed thru. Clearly don't understand how you stay in business. Concerns to be shared with Choice Home Warranty who has our policy.

Horrible service

Unprofessional. Problem is worse than it was before he arrived. He was to fix a light in the oven. Now the oven is not working at all.

Poor Workmandship

Tech came out 3 times. They schedule you for all day 7am - 6pm (wasted time). They show up at 5:55pm and tell you they have to order part. Return visit waiting for there arrival for 10+ hrs again just to be told the wrong part was ordered. 3rd visit attempted a repair - still not working. 4th visit NO SHOW and we weren't notified until 6:00 pm that no one was coming. 3 days wasted. Will never use services again.

Poor Customer Service by

The service person who came to our home was very nice and did a great job. Our issue is with the servicing company. After the initial visit to our home the technician determined what parts were needed and thise parts were ordered. Then the follow up appointment was scheduled. Not too long after that I received a phone call from the servicing company to confirm the upcoming appointment for the repair. They also stated the parts were delivered to our home. But, we did not receive a delivery of parts which created confusion on our part. It took us a little while but we figured out the parts were delivered to the servicing company, and not us, even though they were saying the parts were delivered to us. On the day of the appointment I received a text around 8:30 in the morning that the technician was on the way to my home. So, I left work and went home to wait for the technician. Unfortunately no one showed that day. Around 5:00 that afternoon I received a text saying the appointment was rescheduled to another day. My requests for an earlier day was ignored. Lastly, the time range for the technician arriving for service is unreasonable. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is just not respectful of the customer's time. They should be able to give a shorter time range. Please understand the technician did a great job. Our issue is with how the servicing company handled this.

Been a month without a stove. Over six random men (techs) in and out of a home with disabled humans. Still no stove. No help. No cooperation. Awful.

Let me be begin saying it's not the young man's fault. He's not ready to be out on calls by himself clearly. He doesn't have a clue what he's doing, not even being familiar with the parts of a stove. I've worked on appliances close to 40 years and yes I could make my own repairs but don't want to. I tend to 92 year old parents and frankly don't have time. This young man looked at my top burners and said they needed cleaning.....well, it's not that dirty and not that old. Yes was there a little grease under a middle burner....yes.....But instead of cleaning out and checking the flames...he did nothing. My oven for some reason needs adjusting. After a major cold snap is when the over and top burners began acting wonky. First he tells me you can't adjust the oven and looked shocked when I said I had to adjust it when it arrived. Then he kept trying to blame the gas company. There is no gas company it's propane. Again the deer in the headlights look when I explained none of the heaters, dryer, or hot water heater are having an issues - just the stove. He finally said there was nothing he could do and practically ran out the door. Again, I don't fault him - he was sent to do a job he had no clue how to address. So, I had to waste even more time calling the warranty company back to waste yet another day waiting on yet another repairman. Sorry - that's bad business all the way around.
