This satisfy with your performance, not providing Solution
Not good at all I was expecting much much better service And solution to the problem because I was the member for 15 year. I'm glad I have terminated.

Dissatisfied Customer
I thought it was okay until I received an email stating that the trouble was due to "customer abuse". This is what prevented the replacement of my stove top. I am 89 and have been without a stove top since December 4th and will not and cannot afford to purchase a new one- that's why I have the service contract. I will do my best to get reimbursement for the contract and avoid future connection with Sears again.

Cooktop NOT microwave
My cooktop was scheduled for this morning, my microwave repair for Tuesday 2/11. Technician serviced microwave but submitted for the cooktop!!!

Couldn't have had a worse experience
I never received a call before or after service to update me on the problem wi the my appliance. A technician was supposed to come out and didn't on two occasions and I wasted work days waiting for him. On the third time he shows up and doesn't fix the oven. On the fourth time he takes photos and says the dials being broken on the cook top is a problem with the house and not covered with warranty when the issue is actually and entirely a problem with the broken appliance.

Unprofessional
Unfortunately, this is not a great experience with Sears Home Services. Hameed was not professional. He came with no identification to verify he was an employee of Sears Home Services. When asked if he had identification he stated "no, just look at the truck". Reluctantly I led him to the appliance. He then went on to ask for signatures. One to allow him to service the appliance. Which I did sign. The second one was to omit him from any damages on my flooring or cabinets from moving the appliance. I did ask if he had proper floor protection, to which he stated "no". I declined to sign. He proceeded to walk out even after I asked him to wait so I could contact the company. He said "I don't get paid to wait." He left. I called the company to advise them that he left and nothing g had been accomplished. I have worked with Sears repair services in the past, and never had such unprofessionalism and downright rudeness. I am awaiting some feedback and in hopes to get my appliance working properly very soon I would not recommend Hameed

Oven Repair
While Robert provided great service, I am not happy with Sears customer service provided. Robert was not sent with enough help for a two person repair (was alone), so I ended up helping. I felt that either two techs should have been sent, or the charge should have been lower for the labor. I have now followed up twice with customer support with no response provided (via phone and email).

5 reschedules after waiting
Horrible routing and service experience. To much to actually document with the icing on the cake of after 5 attempt to actually get someone to arrive, multiple escalations with Thor and sears, and once the tech FINALLY ARRIVED he was unable to do anything because Thor service was unavailable to take the call. This rating has nothing to do with technician but the half ass process associated with your order fulfillment process. Never recommend, never do business with. Issue unresolved and thrown back in the hopper to reschedule with sears and Thor tossing the ball back and forth with the customer paying the price.
