He's a liar
He didn't even show up for the appointment. I have been in a loop with Sammy.. he doesn't know how to do the job even when he does show up... This is the 2nd time he didn't show up and lied about completing the service. Also apparently forging my signature. He is only interested in collecting his fee for the service appointments. Sears as a whole has been nothing but a revolving door of incompetence.

Bad customer service
Mr. Hamayoon had a very bad attitude. When I asked questions about my stove top he replied "I've been doing this for 16 years ". I let him know I'm just asking you a question about the issue, why is he so aggressive. He said I disrespected him for questioning him. I told him never mind I don't want the service anymore, he can leave. If this is the kind of customer service your technicians have, you have a big problem. I wish I could give zero stars.

Horrible
He was not willing to listen and insisted the damage to my cook top was physical damage. I asked him to wait while I contacted my home warranty company, and he walked out of the door. The worst service EVER!!

Worst experience
We shared all details about the repair need on cook-top, he didn't came with required parts, just spend an hour looking at cook-top and charged service fee. this is simple replacement of ignition for gas burners. never plan service sears.

unsatisfied
Technician told my husband that the broken glass was not wear and tear but it was. Nothing fell on top of it. One of our dual burners was out, but he blamed our griddle for causing the break on the glass. (he said the griddle was bent and since one side got hotter than the other and that's why it broke. If that's the case some of the dual burners were out and that probably caused the break not my griddle, his explanation contradicted him) We are on a budget and he just caused us money we didn't have as he was not an honest person. He stated the griddle was crooked and that caused the break but that is not how it happened. And he told my husband in order to repair it, it would cost us around $1000 and that is more than what we paid for it.

Sears Service Damage Policy Stinks
Rep was ok, however Sears policy of not wanting to be responsible if they damage your property is crazy. Technician says someone else will make repairs since I would not agree to them no taking care of damage if done by Sears representative

Fixed but at what cost
It seemed like he was just guessing. Also he scratched the front of my range in a few different places.
