Only took pictures
All he did was take pictures to send to the home warranty company. He then told them that he couldn't diagnose why the oven caught on fire so they said that they won't cover it. You can't diagnose if you only take pictures.

Rip off
The technician didn't do anything but show up and told me what I already knew no power to my cooktop it's was a waste of money if he wasn't licensed to check wiring to the appliance

SEARS SUCKS
Scheduled and canceled at the last second 4 times. The last time, received text that they had done the work and charged me BUT NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!

OUTRAGEOUS 5 KNOBS for $350+
I have a 5 burner electric cooktop. Technically didn't do anything the reason I'm saying this is I realized after his arrival that l had turned off that breaker. So I turned it on and everything started working. After that I asked him to order 5 knobs he wanted to charge over $350. I wouldn't order from him. I asked for the part number instead he gave the model #. He also said I needed a sensor for my left burner that was a lie. I called him he never returned my call. Not my first bad experience but it is my last. I will never recommend Sears repair service to anyone.

Disaster, no show for 2 days.
I waited between 8 am and 2pm yesterday 8/12, nobody showed up, then I received your text that your technician could not make it, and rescheduled for today 8/13. I waited today from 8 am, my attached 1:20pm screenshot showed your technician Robert will arrive between 12:59pm and 1:57 pm, but nobody showed up. I have been wasting 2 days. What is going on?

Unsatisfactory! Very unprofessional. When I let him in the front door he did not follow me thru the foyer he cut thru my dining room and butler pantry. Very rude to do! Did not seem to know anything about what he was sent here to do. Not familiar w Thor appliance. Was on his phone trying to look up what might be wrong. AND was dipping snuff while sitting in my kitchen floor spitting in his spit bottle. We are also business owners & if I ever had an employee do any of this he would be fired!

Did nothing (Second time)
I am not sure if is his fault or your company's fault. I described the issue that this was a damaged insulation problem. Technician came unprepared, no parts in hand and did nothing. Also, he did not take my concern seriously.

AHS gave special instructions for Mike on July 16 appt. To come After 2:30 . He rescheduled for July 17th for that. Angel just showed up despite that. Please address the issue properly.
