Never showed
I waited from 8am to 3pm at the home. The technician never showed. I attempted to call at 3pm and the message said the mailbox was full and could not accept messages. It is now 3:28 and there has been no contact with me from the service agency or the technician.

Sears - why so inefficient?
Patricio was fine. It's Sears I am complaining about. Sears sent numerous emails asking details about the problem, which I answered in detail. They said this way they can come with the parts. I asked Patricio why he didn't have the parts with him, since he didn't do any diagnosing while he was here. Then he told me the part wasn't available on a 2 year old Jenn-Air and they would need to do research. Thanks Sears!

He didn't fix the issue
The other part came today now the touch pad doesn't work and we can't use the oven. Sloppy work. You better fix this issue stat.

2574 Handel Way Brentwood - Unsatisfied
We are being notified by the tenant that no repair was made last Friday 12/5. Parts are old and cant be replaced and then our service ticket with home warranty has been closed out. No phone call to us at all. Completely unsatisfied with Sears AI system. Its horrible. Will re-call this service with home warranty today, nothing was repaired.

This is the second time sears accepted a claim from first American to repair an appliance for me . I wait 2 weeks only to have sears say they don't work on my brand. you accepted the claim but later say no. so unacceptable. worst ever

Wrong Information
Keith said my stove could not be fixed because of a rusted screw. He then told the insurance company that I told him my stove is no longer broken, which is untrue. My stove is still broken!
