Touch pad has a fold mark in the bottom right
Touch pad has a fold mark in the bottom right after installation which is kind of eye sore. My wife missed it b4 dismissing the technician.

Great technician. Poor A&E Service
Trying to cancel an automated appointment made by A&E Service is impossible. You can only reschedule when asked to confirm appointment.?Service call was not necessary to begin with.

Unhappy customer
This picture does not look like the person who serviced my oven stove top. Unless it is 30 years old. The man who did come was very hard to understand and was annoyed when I asked him to slow down and repeat. He was impatient and condescending when I asked questions. A very poor experience.

John was five stars. This review does not apply to him at all. I have no problems with his work. HOWEVER, I have LOTS of problems with Sears Home Service. You do not have any way to communicate with a real person. I really needed to talk to someone to explain the problem but more importantly how to access the house. I tired both text and by phone but all I got was a computer. It was of no help whatsoever. It is crazy that you do not provide any human interaction. I would not recommend Sears to anyone and would actively advise against using you until you allow some method of talking to a real person.

Sears broke my cooktop and refused to do anything about it.
About 2 months ago, I called Sears appliance repair to fix my electric cooktop. One of the burners was not working. They sent a technician to diagnose the problem. The problem was diagnosed as a bad infinity switch and the part was order and I paid for it. When the technician came back a few days later to replace the switch, he broke the glass on my cooktop. He said he ordered a new one, but it took 6 weeks to get here. When I finally got a new appointment to fix the switch and replace the cooktop glass, the technician replaced the switch and the problem was NOT solved. In addition to not having the problem fixed, I now have two additional burners that do not work and the technician refused to take any responsibility for it. He would not call his supervisor to help resolve the problem. He just said, I am not allowed to call my supervisor and left my house. Now my cooktop is heavily crippled and I still have a cracked glass cooktop. He said he would get me a refund for the incorrect diagnosis of the problem, but we will see if that happens. I will never use Sears appliance repair service again. If you have a problem, there are no live agents to talk to, just AI robots, that cannot help you. Sears appliance repair has horrible customer service.

Not going at my home
Hi I have booked the appointment with Sears for my cooktop repair. But technician not going to my home he just call me that time I was bust at my work and unable to pick the phone. But my parents were at the home. Technician did not approach to at the door and unable to repair my cooktop

Horrible experiences with this technician
Kept accusing me that my stove has been broken before purchasing the warranty which is a lie. Came again almost a year later just to determine my vent is broken and been broken for years which is another lie.

Awful
After arriving 35 min after the 7–11 allotted time, the technician stated that he may break the part due to be replaced and he will not be responsible if it breaks.

Don't buy a Sears warranty
I paid for a Sears warranty. Then, I paid a $100 deductible. Tech came to my home and said that my cooktop was not covered. So, what was I paying for?
