The problem for which the technician came to fix was partially fixed. My equipment still needs the attention of a technician to properly diagnose the fix the root cause of the equipment problem.

Technician
The display was replaced but the clock was not updated. Technician stated he was only supposed to replace the display panel. Please have someone call me to discuss.

Need help!
Our Samsung cooktop has been broken since December 19. We have had three technicians from sears. We have ordered three sets of parts. It is still intermittent, so it's not reliable. We need a refund for parts ordered that were never installed. Not happy!!

Requested a remove and install my cooktop
I made this appt to get my cracked glass cooktop replaced with a new cooktop I purchased. Appt set, answered all the questions, schedule the tech…1 hour before arrival, was informed "they don't do installs and cracked glass on my cooktop isn't covered under this warranty" Complete waste of time and money Turn off the AI and have humans schedule the appts, these communication errors are maddening and wasted a day off with zero results Thank you

Cook top alignment…?
David did a good job diagnosing and attempting to repair the Thor cook top, however, I understand and accept that some parts needed are back ordered until the end of December. What I don't accept nor understand is why he left the cook top misaligned. My suspicions were aroused when I noticed the knobs for the cook top were sitting very high and not aligned. Then I attempted to light one eye on the cooktop and the knob was stuck in the down (igniter constantly clicking) position. Then I noticed the cooktop and knobs were not lined up correctly. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE until the end of December or January when the parts needed are scheduled to arrive. I have called and requested he come back out and line it up so I can use it until the parts arrive. I have not received confirmation or acknowledgment that my call was received.

Problem was not solved
Non-functional part is still not working. He did not demonstrate the results and rushed to go away. Actually, the broken element remains in a non-working status. It has been almost 6 months since the first day of diagnostic and nothing has been returned to normal

Disappointing
Didn't feel like he listened to the problems I was having with my dishwasher. Felt blown off. He didn't even run it so he could see it wasn't cleaning my dishes even after I requested he should. He knew what was wrong (which he was right it needed to be fixed) but it still didn't fully fix the problem like he said it would.

Tech
He called me and at first was not going to come because he thought he needed two people to change an oven fuse. I told him one guy fixed it the last time. When he got here , he had me turn the power off to the oven/ kitchen area. I turned off the power. I was floored that he trusted me to turn off the power. What if I wasn't for sure which panel button it was . That's not safe for him dealing with electrical issues. Don't send this guy again. He was nice but please , I took off work today to hear on the phone before he gets to my house that he might not be able to do it. I had to convince him to come and see it only took one person . Not a good experience.

Being told the outlet or electrical issue.
I understand that he explains the concerns and being told to get the electrician to check out the outlet but the outlet and electrical was fine after electrician came. We have the power to the electrical outlet but the stove was never looked at or fixed
