Jeff was good but your company's overall service is atrocious!! I had to wait two months for a part only to have Jeff tell me on 8/22 that he can't fix my cooktop because the first tech that came out didn't check to see if some screws were rusted?! Would never recommend this company to anyone πŸ‘ŽπŸΎπŸ‘ŽπŸΎπŸ‘ŽπŸΎπŸ‘ŽπŸΎ

While on site the technician was professional and skilled. Unfortunately 8 days later and he still hasn't filled out the paperwork so my claim can't proceed to the next step of resolution.

Tech needs to learn customer service skills

Tech did not introduce himself and only gave me a vague description of what was wrong with my appliance. On reviewing emails from Sears part of the report indicated that I had signed an authorization which had never been submitted to me or signed by me. The tech also needs to work on his customer service skills.

The part that was repalced, doesnt burn inside the ring lines its off , so either the part is off or the placement is off.. and the knobs that turn on the area is hot.. so i think there is a recall on this

Repair of oven

It took almost 2 months to repair my oven. The first visit was fine but the follow-up visit to install the parts was a problem since the repairman never showed up for the scheduled appointment . It took another two weeks to schedule another appointment so I was without a functioning oven for almost two months. I was not happy.

What a waste. When parts and labor are more than a new appliance...we'll, your business model is screwed up. I'm out the diagnostic cost with the same problem I had before. Trust me. I won't recommend.
