Stove top fix
Not too pleased with how long it took the tech to look at the range. Also the time changed on me 4 times

I was disappointed that it took two appointments to diagnose. Which was inconvenient to wait all day to find out it will be tomorrow. The exact same thing when the technician was scheduled to replace the cook top. It was scheduled to take place last Friday and it was done today Let the technician know he left his socket tool kit at my house.

The rear left burner we identified is fixed, but front burner is not working now. We also have a burning smell.

The technician did fine. Sears HS has issues! The original appointment the tech could not complete the job. Needed parts. A few weeks later another appointment was available and the technician came 3 hours after the appointment window. 8:30PM He couldn't fix needed parts. Two weeks later just before the appointment the tech called and apparently forgot to order the need part. Several weeks later the technician came 3 hours after the appointment window 8PM. The part did not fix the problem. Bottom line Sears HS did not fix the part in 3 service calls. Looks like they are throwing parts at the problem hoping for a fix!

The technician Raymond was not helpful and too stoic. Just checked and that it was it part of the appliance so it is not covered. No offer of options. Just bland and not accommodating!

It wasn't good. Choice home warranty are rip offs. They wouldn't fix or replace my appliance, after two visits 😕😔😕. I'm not happy or satisfied, point blank ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜.

I was not given a call prior to an hour before technician arrival so I was later when the technician had arrived. Since I was late the technician attended another job delaying my appointment. The technician didn't check everything and was about to leave but luckily since I suggested to check something that was when the problem was discovered and solution was provided.
