My appliance is old. I know this but he didn't even act like he wanted to help me. I told him I would need to buy a. New stove and double oven. He left. Only comment on oven was it is too old to find parts. He didn't even try

Carlos was prompt and conduted himself in a professional manner. He wouldn't do anything, until I gave him a check. He didn't trust me to pay him after I told him I was paying with a check. I've never experienced that before. I guess that's Sears policy and or procedure. It took him a minute, he appeared uncertain what to do to get my range lit. I told him it lit , but then wouldn't burn, but just put out gas fumes. It lit again for him, and hecleaned the groves on the burner covers. The oven will not light again, nor the right rear burner. But he's a nice guy.

The technician was Very professional and knowledgeable however, there are no parts available for the appliances. Therefore, my issue was not resolved. However, no reflection on him.

Install was scheduled for 7-4 today. I received no communication until 2pm, when I received a text message saying they were on the way, then a phone call 10 minutes later asking if anyone had already come out for the repair. Shouldn't he know? Workers installed the burner and proudly displayed their fix, when I checked it, they had installed the burner in the wrong place and were just going to leave it. I made them take it out and fix it. It is repaired, but overall unprofessional, sloppy job that was very expensive.

James was courteous but not helpful. Your scheduling is completely unsat "8am to 5pm" is not an appointment, (tech called at 4pm, arrived at 5pm. Why do I have to stay home all day?), also NO WAY to contact Sears is provided other than a robot answering with irrelevant options. Also I was presented with a damage liability waiver form which was unacceptable. (No prior info that waiver was a condition of service) Sears should have it's own damage liability insur to cover any damage occurring during repair. So, tech wud not do repair and the whole appointment was a waste of my entire day. (And likely AHS will not refund my service rqst fee) U should advise customer of waiver so I can make decision to cancel before tech is sent out. Whole process is unsat!

The service person was nice enough but they didn't let him know that it is a cosmo unit and he doesn't work on that!
