Stove
He was a nice person but your decision to not replace the stove is a normal answer!!!!!
Tanner P,
Mount Vernon, KYOven light on while oven is off
Jason was very pleasant. Only problem I have is my oven light is still on while my oven is off. He stated that once the oven cools down the light would turn off in 4 to 5 hours. It's been 9 hours and my oven light is still on. This issue needs to be resolved. My oven light never did this before. It's a little frustrating

The technicians were great 5 stars, but the automated/virtual aspect for scheduling etc. and part shipping/status presented issues. Specifically, the part ordered arrived within 24 hours, however the tracking of the part was not recorded which lead to cancellation of the original follow up appointment. Efforts thru the virtual assistance to update the part being received were unsuccessful. I would inform the virtual assistant the part was received which woukd genertate an option to schedule the install appointment. But once scheduled the appointment would end up being cancelled the morning of the appointment due to no part received. This happened three times. But through the American Home Shield customer service the information was successfully relayed and updated. So resolved. I suggest providing a phone number to call where either the servicing shop can answer or a person will be reached so information is understood and confirmed. Virtual customer assistance is fine but it seems the logic rhythms are not in sync. Creates confusion and some unwanted frustration.
Robert W,
Browns Mills, NJRescheduled on Christmas eve
We waited home all day for him to show up he called said he was on the way never showed up on Christmas Eve so we went without a stove for Christmas dinner.
Jonathan M,
Jesup, GAVery loud
When my wife came into the room during the service, the main tech did not acknowledge her, but the person in training did, so I'm concerned about that. He was very loud and really did not listen to what I had to say at first.
Carlin B,
Hartly, DEHard to review, no service done
Bobby was very polite and helpful, but because the primary problem with our stove wasn't happening when he was here, he wasn't able to perform a service. So my issue isn't with him, but my frustration with the process. This is the second time we had someone come out when our stove was intermittently failing (same issue). If I had known that all I needed was a video showing it failing, a lot of time and effort would hav been saved. At least he gave me that information, and now I can take the video.

Service was not timely; it took a few appointments before the task was performed.
Frederick A,

He did ok job. It seem he was familiar with the oven. The front glass control panel is held on by a sticky tac. He used the tape I had holding it on. I got one error code of 0F7F already this is same problem that started the issue. Before

Mary A,
Harpers Ferry, WVThe AI is terrible, the tech was good.
The entire scheduling and customer service is done by AI, which is pretty terrible. The link for this review was sent to me asking me to review the service provided by James. My service provider was named Dave. Dave was good, but everything else was not. It took them 3 appointments to fix everything, probably could have been done in 2, but ok, they fixed it. First appointment was scheduled for the 8am to 12pm window. That morning, AI says 10:50am. They got here at 2:30pm. Second appointment, exact same thing, except for they get here at 2:15pm. Final appointment, the AI sends a message at 7am that the tech will get here at 8:39, but gives a window from 7:30am to 9:30am. They came at 11:45am, and the AI never updated the time/window. I don't blame the tech, he's just working through the jobs given to him. Other problem was that the AI sends around 5-8 reminders for each appointment (text, email, and phone call). Even when you confirm the appointment by texting back "1", the next day you get another text saying the appointment hasn't been confirmed, please reply "1" to confirm. They are so concerned that you'll be there for the appointment window, but they have no respect for your time, and do a terrible job of updating you.
