When Mark realized that he saw nothing wrong with what he was able to handle, he was quick to tell us that the machine could have been broken and he did not dealt with the type of issue we had when he left. I would say we definitely needed someone like him to not waste anyone's times :) however, if I have to improve something, it would be that Sears helps techs deal with the issue we had at hand. The issue in my house was not fixed, but it has been re-directed to a different tech.

The technician was great, however on Sunday when I went to use the microwave that is attached to my wall oven he left a side metal piece off and it was not put back together properly. He had to take the whole unit out but did not put it all back together.

Lawrence did a great job. For some reason though sears sent 11 boxes of parts. It took 2 months to repair.

could not fix old stive yet I was told on phone that it was covered. Now I have to wait for tech that can work on old stove. That was ridiculous I have told phone rep it was a minor fix and to send me someone that could fix an old gas stove in good condition. The person who came to my house said she does not fix that old stove it is not on the list and what is the product number which I do not know. She said it was in good condition and should be fixed. So what is this.
