Sloan did excellent job but the only request or may be the training needed by all technicians is to have booty while entering home or at least ask for courtesy if shows are ok or not. We don't take shoes inside the home and it bothers me if someone wearing shoes inside home.

When Mark realized that he saw nothing wrong with what he was able to handle, he was quick to tell us that the machine could have been broken and he did not dealt with the type of issue we had when he left. I would say we definitely needed someone like him to not waste anyone's times :) however, if I have to improve something, it would be that Sears helps techs deal with the issue we had at hand. The issue in my house was not fixed, but it has been re-directed to a different tech.

The technician was great, however on Sunday when I went to use the microwave that is attached to my wall oven he left a side metal piece off and it was not put back together properly. He had to take the whole unit out but did not put it all back together.
