Ruaf A,
Hayward, CAstove problem
David was quick and he was social and inter acted just fine. But having to wait almost a month for him to fix my stove was not acceptable.
Marie P,
W Valley City, UTGood tech….
Our technician did a good job of identifying issue, getting parts ordered. However we sat at our home not once but twice a week apart from 8-5 when we were then told the appt was rescheduled until today when he did finally return and complete the repair. Sears has a VERY annoying system that does not allow calls to real person so impossible to find out why we wasted 2 full days only to have appt rescheduled. The technician was fine but system s*cks!

Josh was very polite and apologetic that he could not fix my cooktop.

The part for the LG Oven did not fit my stove. So, I had to clean the old part myself and it worked. All the technician did was take the part apart and put it back together. I did the hard work to clean the part

Jose analyzed the problem and found the issue quickly. We're anticipating conclusion of the job next week.
Dave T,
Mchenry, ILService today
Technician was professional and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the results. The call center, if it had its own rating, I would have given two stars. The inability to contact the technician directly needs to be addressed. My street was closed today by the city of wichita, and I was unable to let the technicians know ahead of time. Also, when the automated system tells you that someone is coming out , it is vastly different from when they actually show up. Also, leaving an entire day , 8-5, open tone aha home and meet someone is unrealistic and makes for bad customer service. At least narrowing it down to a 2 to 4 hour window that is absolute and you know won't change, will make all the difference for those of us who have jobs . Trying to schedule through this system is extremely difficult and one of the main reasons I will not renew my home warranty.

Wichita, KSservice order 40629208
Harold was able to order the parts that we needed and repair our oven. I wish that the work could have taken less time, but that presumably was not his fault. Also on the day of service, we were given a window of 8 AM to 5 PM to perform the job. That is a very long time to be left waiting. It seems that a shorter period could have been given.
James B,
Arlington, TXGreat, but 1 problem
Walter's visit was great with 1 exception, the mat he used while examing my oven left an oily residue on the floor. When I tried to swiffer it away, it left a dark film on the floor. I had to scrub the floor on hands and knees to get it off.
