Frank did a great job, once he was able to navigate the Sears Scheduling...that was simply a load of crap and putting him in the position to delay completion of the job, is strictly on Sears, not on Frank.

John was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the oven. He kept talking when I was telling him the plan we purchased from CHW. He did explain the process, in general. We were expecting a repair not a replacement. But due to the age of the unit we understand. We asked if Sears would be able to complete the process and he didn't know.

Vincent was here as a helper for lifting the cooktop out for service. Travis did the replacement of several circuit boards that restored the appliance. He is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Roman did a good job. The first time he came out he was early. Which was excellent. Not sure the name of the 2nd gentleman that came out but he was not prepared. Roman did the 3rd visit and other than him running behind scheduled, his service was good. He did advise me that he would be coming late and I do appreciate that.
