Oven Repair
Tech arrived on time. Appeared to be knowledgeable on Oven type.

First time he was here, he had to leave and come back as he said he wasn't feeling well! Reschedule if your sick!

Technician was very good. Overall service was totally unsatisfactory! I would rate it a 1. Never will Sears get a recommendation from this house. Two missed appointments and no recourse other than apology from a chat bot! NO human contact with the company other than the technician. SEARS, you failed!

3 parts had to be ordered. They came one day at a time. A technician was supposed to come back that Friday, but no one came, no one called. After waiting for the schedule time of 8 am- 3 pm. I called and was told that the office was closed. I finally found out that I was on the reschedule list. I myself called back Monday morning to reschedule. Juan the technician, came out and did a splendid job. Thank Juan.

Ricky was vey knowledgeable, on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it. Highly recommended
Ron N,
Faribault, MNGood but not perfect.
Marcus spent a good amount of time putting the new pieces and removing the old equipment. Unfortunately one of the burners could not be corrected. The handle for one of the burners is kind of a little backwards but it works.

Would be nice to have short period of time when to expect tech. A 4 hour window not a 9 hour window.

Leavenworth, KSDid the job
Peter did what he needed to do to get the job done and shared the basics of the fix. I asked if I should remove floor mats before he started, and he said I didn't need to. However, when he was done the floor mats were a bit dirty. He did apologize though.
Jennifer A,
Ellicott City, MDPleasant, quick, but one of the issues still exists
We had two issues with our GE induction stove... one was an intermittently working burner, the other is the oven light won't turn on (even with bulb replaced). Two circuit boards were replaced, and it's possible the burner issue has been resolved (we won't know for a few weeks since it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't), but the oven light still doesn't work.
