Israel is always so professional, courteous, and kind. This was the 5th or 6th appointment (others were tended to by Roberto and one other technician who didn't document anything-half of the 6 appointments were cancellations because technicians didn't show up until the time period was well past the normal timeframe. ) Israel finished the repair with no concerns on my behalf. My stove top is working. Israel is a great technician on many appliances. Hopefully the issue with cooking a large turkey will not cut the oven off.

Great service! My cooktop stopped heating, and the technician diagnosed the issue within minutes. He was professional, punctual, and had the replacement part ordered , so the repair was done the same day after the parts arrived and he explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!"

John was on time for the appointment, highly professional, and worked incredibly quickly to diagnose and resolve the issue. What makes John truly exceptional is how easy he is to do business with; he set the appropriate expectations from the moment he arrived, clearly explaining the process and the timeline. There were no surprises, just efficient service.It was also a pleasure seeing a familiar face, as John was the same excellent technician who repaired our fridge last year.
