To whom it may concern: Louis was very professional. He showed me everything that he was doing. He was in and out. He also cleaned up after himself, leaving me very little to do and able to use my stove again.

Service was great but somehow our son's name was associated with our home warranty account and he kept receiving our texts and calls. He worked for Sears years ago but that shouldn't have anything to do with our account. His number and my number are one digit difference. Charles was great to work with and did a good job. Very personable and experienced.
