Lee was on time, courteous, professional. When he finished installing the broken part on our oven he showed us what was broken on the old part. Lee was a very nice person and good representative for Sears.

Of all the service technicians I've had over the years, Mardell really puts himself out. I had a dentist appt. At 4pm and had to leave the house at 3:30 so he came early. Also I had mentioned that the sealer on the oven was bad so he also put new one on. He took time to explain everything and rest assured me that my stove was safe again.
