George was the best
This was the 3rd visit from Sears .they could not figure out what was wrong with my oven. George figured it out and fixed it He would not leave until it was working. He was so determined . Such a gentleman and talented technician.

Paul was very knowledgeable, resourceful and attemptive. Took care of a problem that has lasted almost 8 wks between scheduling services but with no show of servicemen and when they did -"Donald"-couldn't do anything without an assistant that he supposedly had requested but didn't show. Finally Paul B helped us.

Manuel has been to my house several times to fix a couple of different appliances – this last time it was because the technician here before him did not know how to do the repair. He is always professional, friendly, and really a pleasure to have working in my home.
