Rafi is an exemplary reflection on this company. His personality, professionalism, and respect for his job/clients seem hard to come by these days. At the end of a long day, he showed up at our home with a smile on his face and kind words apologizing for his delay. He was compassionate for our appliance situation and vowed to do his best to leave us with a working range. AND HE DID! IT WORKS ! We feel blessed to have met this man and will request him in the future.
