Sears warranty range
Raymond did a great job and was very nice. But you guys need to improve the timing you give clients. It should be a 4-hour window instead of all day. Especially since he was later than the end time given by 1 1/2 hours. You also need to inform the clients with updates more often.

Of all the times I have requested home warranty service my experience with Sears was by far the best. I didn't have to contact them, they contacted me. The job was done in one visit and Robert was awesome.
