Ed was one of the most knowledgeable, careful, respectful, and caring techs I've ever had the pleasure of having in my home. We listened intently to the problem, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me the process and steps forward, and dutifully solved my issue. My wife and I are happy again, and I am so happy we were fortunate enough to get Ed as our engineer. In a world where we so often get people of take no pride in their work, we are blessed that we got someone who absolutely does. Full stop, 360. Thank you again Ed! Be blessed.
