Jerry was prompt and very professional. He was unable to fix my oven but was very concerned when he alerted me that it had caught on fire. He is having to order a whole new unit but I am truly grateful for him jumping through hoops to get it done. I hope that in the future of anything else going down in my appliances that he is the one that comes to service. He is very educated and kept me well informed .
