Mr. Jamshid was able yo fix our cooktop problem even when Sears resource ordered the wrong part to replace. Two thumbs up to Mr. Jamshid! It took 3 months for Sears to fix our problem. What a letdown! We got a run around every time we called for those three months. First we were told there are no more parts available & yet nobody from Sears have the courtesy of calling us for that information. We had to call Sears up everytime to follow on our cooktop repair which got to be really frustrating.
