Work Complete. Techs Were Great. Message Center not so much.

Techs were great and agreed the part replaced was the correct diagnosis. Scheduling install was a chore, with the schedule not going far enough out to easily reschedule at my convenience. Messages sent to center were not replied to. Messages to original tech went unanswered. You need to consider building more flexibility into the online portal to allow for easier scheduling. Contact me for suggestions.

The service tech was polite and friendly. He called shortly before he arrived. He was here for less than 30 minutes and fixed the appliance.
