Steven did a great job diagnosing the problem. Initially, thought the entire burner had to be replaced, but Steven did some investigating and found it was a pinched wire that had broken over time. Probably a mistake in the factory. Anyway, Steven replaced the wire and burner started right up. Steven was very personable and I enjoyed speaking with him. Thanks Steven!!!
