Eric was the ultimate professional dedicated to his prescribed job in supporting his company, Choice Warranty and the client , myself! I explained all the details of what is happening with the stove, he was completely familiar with the workings of my cooktop range.. He was totally familiar with the operation and condition of the range cooktop stove. He analyzed, tested, and proceeded to evaluate the performance of the ovens, the cooktop and all the electrical units of the of the stove. I was happy with the assessment and results of his evaluation, and would like to see a replacement as recommended.

Oven was not coming on. Lawrence adjusted the thermostat and that fixed the problem. He is a very nice guy and walked me through what had happened. I also appreciate the fact that I pretty much knew what time he was coming and he was right on time. P.S. My contract with Choice Home Warranty is under my name, Janice, not my husband's as he passed away 11 years ago.

Jamie came out and tuned up our gas cooktop which has been temperamental lately. He also cheerfully provided maintenance advice on the appliance. Very courteous, very pleasant knowledgeable professional that we would be happy to have back in the future.
