The technician arrived within five minutes of when he said he was going to, and came in and got right to work. He found it that the switch was truly defective, and found that the switch is not available anymore. He is going to come up with an idea on how we can maybe fix this. Thank you all for sending him.

Bob had provided service on a refrigerator for about a year or so ago. He was pleasant, friendly and professional then, as he was today. . He quickly diagnosed the problem (a burnt wire cap!) once he replaced the cap the stovetop was back in service. If I need service in the future I would always request him. He's savvy and knowledgeable!

The tech is a great guy but choice denied the claim after previously approving the claim. The parts were taken and the work was not done. Again the tech was great but this whole experience with choice was horrible
