The customer service was terrible Can't get a hold of anyone First appt was a no show no call Need better customer service A call should be made day of appointment with smaller window because waiting 8 hrs without communication is not very efficient

If it was not for the experienced technician this would have taken 2or 3 more days, Tim matched up the part it needed, even though it was for a different make, since the part could fit multiple other ranges only a well seasoned tech could have pulled that off.
