Thanks for sending such a skilled appliance technician. He expertly diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part and skillfully installed the replacement part. The installation into the wall oven was not an easy task. Fortunately he had the experience to complete the task without any scratches or damage to the unit. A job well done.

William did great at his assignment. But sears in general was pathetic to the point we will cancel American Home service to go with another home warranty. We waited two weeks to get the range fixed and got lied to three times as to when it would be fixed. Pathetic and will let others know about it.
