Technician was great. Patiently waited in rainy weather for the water on the road to clear so he could get to my house. Most would turn around and not bother. Explained exactly what was going on with my appliance issues in detail. Very professional.

Our technician, Ronald, was knowledgeable & professional. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. Our appointment window was from 8-5!!! Not acceptable to have an entire day blocked out! He arrived at approximately 5:20. Then no solution to the problem!
