Martin was able to come by before the scheduled appointment. He said to let him know when the parts arrived and if he was in the area and had time he would install the part. We are opening a men's rehab and were without an oven. We are back up and running and appreciate Martin going above and beyond, that's more rare than it should be. Thanks Martin
