We have had an awful experience with sears home services to the point where we cancel our service, no one ever came to fix our issue the whole 4 months we had it. out of all the employees I had to talk to and trust me there were several Randall by far has been the most caring, the most compassionate and the most helpful of all. I would never recommend the services to anyone, but if I had to recommend a tech that would be Randall. thank you Randall for being who you are.
