I wish this review could be on more than Timothy and the other man. EVERYTHING besides them was less than a one star....would give it negative stars. It was singularly the worst customer service issue I've had in my entire life. someone should read this review.

Ray, came early, which was really helpful. He introduced himself and was courteous and professional throughout. He had to perform the complex task of taking apart my entire stove top to make the repairs. He tested and showed me everything was working properly. He clean-up after he was finished. Overall great experience!!!
