George came in and replaced oven control board.
We were well pleased with both George who came back to install the ordered part. "Doc" had been out about two weeks ago and diagnosed the problem and ordered part. What bothered us, Sears gave us a day for the first trip, after waiting all day, we go text/email rescheduling. Next appt. day a little after 3 pm, got a call that appt. would have to be rescheduled. Another day was scheduled, after waiting all day, another no show and rescheduled. On the new day "Doc" came out and diagnosed problem. Happy with techs but the scheduling by Sears leaves a lot to be desired.
