What can I say John arrived early which was much appreciated . Upon arrival he was very pleasant, cordial and most importantly knowledgeable. He was very careful and respectful of our old damaged cook top during inspection and removal. He asked me relevant questions and diagnosed a complex circuit board problem. He pulled up future repair prices and provided me with warranty options. He told me he has worked for Sears over three decades he has obviously become the last "appliance whisperer'". He fixed the problem.

Keith got the oven fixed quickly. The only issue was not with Keith but the fact that the first initial wait for appointment was three weeks, had to order part and wait another three weeks for appointment for him to change out the part. Altogether six weeks without an oven. Appointments should be in a more timely manner.
