Ben contacted me and let me know ahead of time what time he was coming and arrived promptly. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable he was very careful when moving my appliance and diagnosed the problem very quickly, fixed it and explained all the issues to me and then checked to make sure everything was functioning before he left. My experience with Sears was very very wonderful.
