Keith has been very easy to work with. We are pleased to have the same service technician for this process. The problem we have is the quality and accuracy of the parts that your parts distribution has shipped. I am not sure why quality parts cannot be obtained.

The service man took his time while demonstrating professionalism. He did not seem rushed like other contractors I've experienced with home warranty repairs. He even offered some do-it-yourself pointers if I have any issues in the future. I'm unsure if his company likes that, but his customer sure does!
