David was dispatched from my warranty company. The problem was quickly assessed & the part ordered. A week later the part came in and David came the next morning to install. He texted 15 minutes before arriving and was very pleasant, both visits. Part was installed & tested within 20 minutes. The "ordeal" I anticipated was actually positive experience.
