I was returning from a trip to bury my oldest, nineteen year old grandson, and my cooktop stopped working right after I was notified. I called for service on a cold, icy Friday, got an appointment for Monday, and was efficiently guided technologically through the day to a professional and courteous assessment from George who provided all options for my problem.
