When I called for assistance with a cooktop issue I was hoping to get Daniel as the tech. He is professional and very knowledgeable. After his review I felt it was safe to use the cooktop and his remarks were very helpful and put me at ease.

Once the tech was able to come out and complete the repair (due to parts being sent) all was good! The issue we have is with the warranty company, but that is another story. We always have good service from A & E.

After three service calls and replacing a brand new part, twice, Dan figured out the lines were connected incorrectly within five minutes (or less), something the previous (2nd) technician didn't catch. The first technician who installed the new part, apparently didn't install the new part correctly. Thank you again Dan!
