John came for the 2nd time and was very pleasant and as helpful as he could be considering the initial parts had been sitting at my house for 3 weeks (no fault of his of course). He and a partner replaced one circuit board but it unfortunately did not solve the problem because the main part has been back- ordered for over a month. John was great but not happy with the overall Sears experience.

The company however needs to improve, the company is not reliable, they were supposed to come in 2/24/24 and no one came and the worse part was that nobody got in touch with me to let me know. I waited all day long from 7am to 6:30om and nothing not even a call or a message apologizing.
