Stove Repair
Very good service from a knowledgeable and determined technician. They took their time and worked very hard to fix the problem. Although the stove wasn't fixed it wasn't due to their skills or work ethics.

Very friendly, very patient waiting for me to put away my dogs . Was very careful handling the appliance while putting in the new valve. I felt bad because it there was a little grease some of the areas of the stove. He did a really good dealing with that didn't say a word and just did his job. Choice Warranty Claim #217934905 Technician spliced the igniter in upper broiler instead of replacing igniter with correct installation procedures...this improper splicing caused the failure of stove oven in May 2024. Randall after a long day saw the problem right away that a technician from another company performed an improper splicing of the igniter in the upper oven Randall made the correct installation with the new Samsung igniter and pergormed three MOC's maintenance operational checks to verify proper operating functions.
