Fall Maintenance Scheduling
The technician who provided the seasonal maintenance for our unit was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. The process to schedule appointments for seasonal maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. We have 2 systems, but online will only let you schedule 1 and more if you have 2 or more systems m. When I called and spoke with the Sears/Cinch rep, she told me the second system was added. When the technician arrived today, 10/17, he only had 1 system scheduled for maintenance. The same thing happened for the Spring 2023 seasonal maintenance. This is a problem that should be corrected.
