Leonid has been providing HVAC maintenance for us for a few years. He always provides competent and skilled service. He's always friendly and courteous, wears booties in our home to keep our floors clean, and is always happy to answer our questions and takes the time to ask if we have any questions or concerns. He also asks if we'd like him to change our filter while he's here in cases where we forgot to ask ourselves. Highly recommend Leonid!

Ryan arrived on time and provided excellent service. He diagnosed the problem and determined that the A/C unit needed parts which needed to be ordered. He made the appropriate contacts for approval and explained in detail what had transpired and what was needed going forward. The unit was not fixed today but all the appropriate notifications were made to get this process started.
