Jeffery was on time and knew all about my furnace. He quickly inspected the unit, installed a new filter and pronounced the furnace in top condition. The total job was done in less than 15 minutes. Can't ask for more than that.

Mike and Terrance knew their stuff...... had it fixed in a few minutes... Wish all protection agreement service people were this good...first one that came from Overflow Dept. refused to work on it because it was in a crawl space???? Thank You...Again Mike and Terrance....

From the very first contact I had with Lawrence I was relieved. He knew what I was experiencing with a recent HVAC bi-annual maintenance check up. I was told I needed a new coil or a new system. There had been no problems 6 months prior, so I declined any repairs and contacted my home warranty company. Sears was sent out at their request. He was communicative, informative and very professional. So the outcome was the system did not need any repairs, was working just fine and I was to contact my ho.e warranty company if I had any issues. Because Lawrence was professional and was sent as a technician instead of a salesman I felt comfortable with what he told me. Very satisfied with the way things turned out.
